orders are shipped via EMS which is the Japanese Global Express Mail
service. Items are insured and are fully trackable. EMS ships to approximately 120 different countries.
Orders
are normally packed and shipped out the day after we receive your
order. You should receive your package within 4 - 7 days. If
you do not receive your order within 4 - 7 days, please let us know and
we will track it down for you.

All taxes and
applicable duty charges, if assessed, are paid by the
recipient.
IMPORTANT:
We ship everything via EMS (Global Express Mail) unless told
otherwise. We do this because it is the fastest and most reliable
way to ship from Japan. However, if you prefer a cheaper method,
and don't mind waiting longer for your package to arrive, we can ship
using alternative methods.
