Lay the haori down flat with
the top being on your left as shown in the picture. |

Fold the right collar back towards you along the seam. |
|

Take the left collar
(the side farthest from you) and fold it back to align with the right
collar. Make sure to align the collars so that they are
matched up all the way to the top of the neck area.

Take the seam
farthest from you and fold it back towards you aligning with the seam
closest to you. Align the sleeve farthest from you with the sleeve
closest to you so that it is resting on top. |

Take the top sleeve and fold it
back away from you so that it is resting on the body of the haori.

|
Hold the top and bottom of the
haori and flip it over. Then, just fold the remaining
sleeve back towards you so that it is resting on top. There you go.
You have just successfully folded a haori!
