What is the relationship with CCNow?

CCNow acts as our online retailer.  In essence, we are paying a fee to them for the rights to use their secure server and shopping cart technology enabling our customers to conduct e-commerce on our site.  
 
When a customer places an order, CCNow buys the ordered product(s) from us for immediate resale to you, the customer.  CCNow then e-mails a purchase order to us, and we ship the merchandise directly to you.  The customer is then billed by "CCNow".

It normally takes 1-2 days to process an order.  Once processed, the order is shipped via the Japanese EMS mail service which should arrive within 7-10 days.  Should you not receive your order within 7-10 days, please contact us.  We will track down your order for you. 

Yes. Almost all of the products we handle are are used.

We are located in Japan.  Therefore, we are able to be close to our suppliers which means better prices for you!

Unfortunately, at this time we are only able to accept online credit card orders.  We hope to in the future have more payment options.
