| What is
the relationship with CCNow?
CCNow acts as our
online retailer. In essence, we are paying a fee to them for the rights to use
their secure server and shopping cart technology enabling our customers to conduct e-commerce on our site.
When a customer places an order, CCNow
buys the ordered product(s) from us for immediate resale to you, the
customer. CCNow then e-mails a purchase order to us, and
we ship the merchandise directly to you. The
customer is then billed by "CCNow".

| How long will it take for my order to arrive?
It normally takes
1-2 days to process an order. Once processed, the order is shipped
via the Japanese EMS mail service which should arrive within 7-10
days. Should you not receive your order within 7-10 days,
please contact us. We will track down your order for
you.

| Are the products all used?
Yes. Almost all of
the products we handle are are used.

| Where are you located?
We are located in
Japan. Therefore, we are able to be close to our suppliers which
means better prices for you!

| Can I pay for my order using a personal check?
Unfortunately,
at this time we are only able to accept online credit card orders. We
hope to in the future have more payment options.
